90' ALUMINIUM CREWBOAT (2) GM-16V71 MAIN ENGINES 2.5:1 TWIN DISC MG-521 GEARS
(2) 40 AUXS
DECK
There is an approx 3 ton hydraulic crane on deck.
Entrance to engine room, port and starboard.
Crew shaded area under canopy and side curtains
Two Zodiacs Hydraulic Anchor Winch Misc Deck Pixs CABIN AREA When you first enter the cabin you have a crew lounge area to port. A head with full shower to starboard. From this lounge area you can then enter up into the pilothouse area.
From the pilothouse area going forward and down you will enter into galley and berthing area. Galley area with mess table and built in TV on wall Crew quarters with 4 bunks and hanging lockers Also in the galley, there is a large water tight door that exits to the main deck forward by anchor winch. STORAGE AREA There is a very large storage area below the main deck and situated just fwd of amidships. This area is presently accesed through a hatch in the crew lounge, but I believe a larger hatch could be placed on the main deck. Presently this area houses much of the ships fresh water pumps (all of which are new), MSD tank, two Quincy air compressors and air receiver tank, as well as tow lines and much of the ships spares. This is a very large area and with the proper organization of the space it could be used for many things.
ENGINE ROOM The engine room is accessed through two on deck trunks (port & starboard). The engine room contains two GM-16V71 with 2.5:1 Twin Disc MG-521 gears. (2) 40KW auxs (471 & Kubota). Hydraulics for crane operation. All machinery reported in very good running with Kubota aux being less than 1 year old. This vessel has recently completed a trip from Alaska to Florida then on to Louisiana its present location.
LAZARETTE The lazarette is accessed by a flush deck mounted water tight hatch located on the starboard aft portion of the main deck. It contains two water tanks and the steering gear. which is twin rudders operated by a single large hydraulic ram. The lazarette is clean and neat with very min denting. In general this boat appeared in very good overall condition. The framing and shell structure from what can be seen and that is about 98' appears in extremely good condition with very little evidence of denting, no chalking of the aluminium or visible signs of electrolysis. I did note that there was one area on the port side near the on-deck entry to the pilothouse that showed evidence of a small buckling in the deck perhaps from a docking accident. As evidenced from here recent trip from Alaska to Florida thence Louisiana with zero brsakdowns the machinery is in good operating condition. There appears to be sufficient minor spares onboard from any trip. The electrical system could stand updating in a few areas but in general seems good. The most obvious that seems to "date" the vessel is the interior which with a small amount of funds could be updated and modernized. The electronics and safety equipment was all upgraded for the vessels recent trip. The frane is reported to be in good operation. PRICE $210,000.00.
